The Foundation believes in collective decision making, institutional integrity, and field-oriented leadership. All major policy and programmatic decisions are taken through formal resolutions of the Executive Committee in accordance with the approved Memorandum of Association and By Laws.
The founder and president, Mr.Mizanur Rahman is a social development professional based in Gossaigaon, Assam. He founded Green Leaf Foundation with the objective of strengthening grassroots institutions and improving access to education, livelihoods, and public services in rural and underserved communities.
His focus remains on building sustainable institutions rather than short term interventions, particularly in the areas of quality education for deprived children, women’s economic empowerment, and rural development."
