If you have made a donation in error or wish to request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at info@hopefoundation.org with your donation receipt number.
Refunds will be processed within 15 working days after verification. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method.
Event registration fees and membership fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Hope Foundation. In case of cancellation, a full refund will be provided.
